CrossFit Kids Programs

Our CrossFit Kids program is focused on three simple concepts; have fun every day, outstanding quality of movement, and integrity in everything we do.  It is our belief that these lessons transcend fitness and create opportunities for children to grow confident while learning to move their bodies safely and effectively.  There is a vast body of research demonstrating children that are physically active perform significantly better in cognitive functions.

The program is focused on kids from age 10 through 18, with specialized adjustment of curriculum for each child, each day to ensure they are safe while being challenged to move with exceptional form in everything they do.  No prior sport experience is necessary to begin, and even 4 sport athletes will be challenged and improve their game day performance within our program.

While we use similar movements to adult CrossFit (gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, and cardiovascular exercises); the CrossFit Kids classes are executed with a very different focus.  We prioritize mechanics and consistency over intensity as the child learns new movements.  Once they have demonstrated proficiency, we begin to add intensity and allow them to move heavier, faster, or for longer periods, all under continual guidance from our coaches.

Within our environment we hold the safety of children the absolute priority, and to support that, we require all of our CrossFit Kids coaches to be federally background checked on an annual basis and are Certified CrossFit Kids Trainers.
